The least enjoyable task is cleaning the drip tray, as it's not dishwasher safe—this is why I deducted a star. A few software glitches were promptly resolved by the attentive support team. In summary, this machine looks great, doesn’t occupy much counter space, adapts to our preferences, and makes coffee enjoyable. Its simple design masks the complex operations inside. With proper upkeep, it should last for years. It’s an excellent option for coffee lovers seeking consistency without diving into all the brewing intricacies. For those in a hurry, a smaller model might be a better fit, although I cannot comment on that one.
