The Terra Kaffe Demi is a true masterpiece, but its charm pales in comparison to the incredible espresso it produces. Each shot is rich, smooth, and genuinely delightful. Operating the machine is surprisingly straightforward, especially with the excellent instructional videos provided by the company that guide you through everything from setup to cleaning and maintenance. It took a little fine-tuning to find my ideal coffee, but once I did, there was no looking back. The support team has been exceptional. I ordered a coffee subscription that didn’t arrive after three weeks (typically, it takes two), so I reached out for assistance. They promptly followed up, tracked the issue, found it had been lost, and sent a replacement immediately. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the support team has been responsive, helpful, and truly wonderful. I absolutely adore my Demi and am thrilled I made the switch after years of using espresso pods. There’s nothing quite like an espresso from this company. I highly recommend it.

We're thrilled with our new coffee machine; the coffee flavor is significantly better than what we experienced with our old k-cup machine. Although we encountered a problem shortly after receiving it, the support team was quick to respond and arranged a replacement promptly. They also kept us updated throughout the entire process.

We've had this machine for nearly two years and have made over 4000 shots. It's nearly ideal for those who appreciate consistent coffee without hassle. It also allows for experimentation with various coffees and drinks. However, if you're looking for a quick cup before heading out, a smaller model might be more suitable, though I haven't tried that one. The machine is often referred to as a super-automatic and can be programmed for custom drinks at specific times. However, given our usage, it frequently requires attention for tasks like refilling water and beans, emptying the waste bin, and cleaning the milk system. On busy mornings or when hosting guests, it’s common to handle all these tasks, which feels less automatic. The least enjoyable task is cleaning the drip tray, as it's not dishwasher safe—this is why I deducted a star. Descaling, cleaning the brew unit, and replacing the water filter happen infrequently after several hundred shots, as is standard with any coffee maker. Thankfully, the machine alerts us when maintenance is needed and provides step-by-step guidance on the display. We do need to keep cleaning supplies and filters ready. Over two years, we haven't experienced any mechanical issues, which speaks to its quality. OTA firmware updates address requested features and improvements like a computer. A few software glitches were promptly resolved by the attentive support team. In summary, this machine looks great, doesn’t occupy much counter space, adapts to our preferences, and makes coffee enjoyable. Its simple design masks the complex operations inside. With proper upkeep, it should last for years. It’s an excellent option for coffee lovers seeking consistency without diving into all the brewing intricacies. For those in a hurry, a smaller model might be a better fit, although I cannot comment on that one.
I’ve acquired the TK-01, TK-02, and have now preordered the Aero. The support team is exceptional, and these machines rank among the finest automatic espresso makers available. I truly appreciate not having to empty pucks after each brew as I did with previous models. It significantly reduces both time and mess with everything neatly collected in a designated bin. The technology in the TK-02 distinguishes it from many others, providing high-quality customized brews every time, along with fantastic customer service. They have consistently been kind and supportive with any concerns.
