Poor delivery service.
As delivery time was due they rang to say we will not be getting our order as problem with van. We said can have it next day but cannot say what time and would ring back in the morning.. well surprise surprise no one did so we rang at 11am. We did get a nice lady who rang store but said they had no slots and will ring back later… very poor, surely you should be made a priority delivery? Also when you say you will ring back you should it is not very good just not to bother and leave people in the lurch? As expected, they never rang back yet again… hopeless.
