Visited Trowbridge Extra store to recycle water filter & do some shopping.
as I have done so previously but unable to find recycling for it
Upon enquiring whereabouts of recycle bin was informed this service
no longer available.
Tesco are happy to sell these items but would appear unwilling to provide recycle facility for same.
J Sainbury Trowbridge do not only sell these filters but also provide recycling for them ,so another reason
for me to cease patronising Tesco .
Walked into Tesco (Southwold) - great service from chap behind counter - cheerful, friendly and appearing genuinely happy in his work!
*he even offered me a replacement plaster for my thumb, which was looking tired and tatty as I countd out my coins - he noticed!

The cash machene was broken and it diddent say that it is out of order or not in service i put my £1 in and it took it it diddent register it at all and they opened the machene and they couldent figure out what was the problem they gave me my product but they took 5p
We visited tesco in immingham Lincolnshire for a normal shopping trip and the shop though small was packed with a great selection of items
What made it a great experience was Darren
We had problems at our self service till and didn't get a receipt. Darren stepped in and within a minute printed our receipt from his terminal
What a great member of staff you have well done
The food quality is poor. Aldi price matched fruit and vegetables is not near as good as Aldi.
The car insurance they offer is abysmal with staff who cannot even send the correct documents on multiple occasions.
The Thetford store stinks of sewage.
Shop else where for every service they offer.
food quality terrible for price and you cant even use vouchers online, what a joke, this is 2026, much better supermarkets around and better prices. They do not even respond to the reviews, says it all
Having tried all my local supermarkets I still find Tesco the best for price, quality and excellent home delivery service. I would have given 5 * but my experience with fresh fruit and veg is a little disappointing as far as ripeness is concerned. I require ready to eat fruit and vegetables, especially tomatoes, avocados and apples.
Having put their prices up a couple of weeks before christmas.. Many of those same things have gone up again.. Seriously.. Loose oranges up 17% ?? Also, this Aldi price match seems to end up with me having to throw out more and more veg each shop due to it crap quality.. Ok on the outside.. no good on the inside.. Time to shop else where..
Poor delivery service.
As delivery time was due they rang to say we will not be getting our order as problem with van. We said can have it next day but cannot say what time and would ring back in the morning.. well surprise surprise no one did so we rang at 11am. We did get a nice lady who rang store but said they had no slots and will ring back later… very poor, surely you should be made a priority delivery? Also when you say you will ring back you should it is not very good just not to bother and leave people in the lurch? As expected, they never rang back yet again… hopeless.
It's getting harder and harder to shop at Tesco. Every time I go, it seems like the merchandise has been moved again, so what should be a short shop becomes a meandering search. Frequent patrons depend on familiar surroundings, therefore layout changes that occur frequently just irritate them.
