Tried twice to open an ISA, but timed out both times. The second time I went through it like lightning, so I know it wasn't my fault. This is not the first problem I have had with Tesco bank. Earlier in the year I tried opening a savings account and it came up and said "oops there is a problem ", I then tried again and the same thing happened. I then gave up and put my money elsewhere. A few weeks later two forms arrived in the post for the two accounts which were open. Stupidly I kept one open thinking the issue could have been my end. However this time I used a different device and still had problems. I just hope I don't have two ISA'S open now!
