I do not agree with the extra money I had to pay my car is now being kept in a private car park at the retirement apartment I have moved to and yet considered to be more at risk than tiny terraced road with parking on both sides and large vehicles squeezing through. That is the most ridiculous assumption I have ever heard! Just an excuse to charge me extra ! Disgusting !
