I bought a phone for my son and he was 10. He have setup a pattern lock on the phone and he forgot it. Then I tried to reset the phone. But it has been locked by the Manufacturer. Look like phones sold through tesco is locked. Reset is disabled actually. So I went to tesco to seek help. They said to contact manufacturer. So I cantacted manufaturer. They said they will charge for this service. I was ok with it but they needed proof of purchase which I did not have the hardcopy of the bill that time. So I went back to Teco to get a copy of the the bill. But they didnt have in their system becouse its was more than 6 months. So the phone is a brick at the moment. They cant help. So beware when buying a phone from Tesco, if you forget pin or pattern, phone might endup a brick.
