I have had to contact the "cant give a dam team" from Tesco Mobile South Africa again, what a trial! after numerous cut-off's I could hardly hear the agent that was clearly not listening!

Luckily I have left to a much better deal with Lebara, however they have won as they have stung me for an extra £20

We have been with Tesco mobile for years, and all of a sudden our bill has been increased even though they say your bill will never increase for the length of the contract. Very disappointed ☹️ so when contract finishes will be going with another supplier 😡

I had a really positive experience at the phone counter in Tesco in Great Yarmouth. From the moment I walked in, I was served almost immediately – the service was truly lightning fast.

The consultant was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. She clearly has an excellent knowledge of her work and was able to explain everything in detail with confidence and clarity. On top of that, she had such a positive, welcoming vibe that it genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. I honestly had a very pleasant time during my visit.

Tesco truly has a shining star in this store. If every customer service interaction were handled with this level of care, professionalism, and warmth, the world would be a much better place. Thank you for such outstanding service!

Easier experience than we expected to change to Tesco mobile network. The mobile phone staff were efficient and knowledgeable. We arrived with our PAC code and it was all sorted in 30 mins. We're now paying half the price we were and free roaming in the EU. What's not to like.

I'm looking to change my provider. My husbands on pay as u go at the moment and in 2 months they have had £50 off him, saying hes not topped up on his due date, then when he does they take it all!! When he calls customer services they say he had used all his data checking to see if he had his top up so he needed more. When he tries to explain that he doesn't put his phone on until the next day so he knows it won't be used they dont understand it and just say it's all gone, top up again. He know has had nothing for 5weeks while trying to sort this out and cant wait to find someone else who will provide him.

It was very easy to deal with Tesco mobile. The products and deals they offered were good and the switch over from my previous provider was smooth but a day later than they said, it could had been from the previous provider that the time was longer. All in all nice and smooth transaction.
