Tesco is the nearest supermarket to me, and on the whole it is ok though I do wish all retail stores would have disability awareness classes. I have a bad hearing problem and one girl was good at first but then at the self checkout she needed to confirm that I was old enough for one item. she came up behind and pushed me out of the way I told her it is no good coming up behind a deaf person and speaking as they cant hear you it would have been better if she had come to the front or side. She did not seem happy about this, and started talking away to me not one word of this I heard so I have no idea if she was been rude, or nice. Though as I said this attitude is not just Tesco's but all over. I have worn T shirts and Sweatshirts saying I am hard of hearing even badges which most people take no notice of at all. After reading about other people with disabilities having bad experience with people, it comes to no surprise but I ask please people be more understanding its not as if we ask to have a disability.Oh one problem with Tesco veg please make sure all your items are on the scales I tried to get tomatoes but I wasn't able too as your scales had not heard of tomatoes
