Bad online shop experience.Had order booked for 4th December am. 3rd December went to amend order as usual. Impossible to do this. Tried several times on app and logging in on pc. No luck. Luckily I was able to get slot with Asda got 5th December but it cost £7 whereas I have Tesco pass.Cancelled Tesco and emailed themIn the evening had call from pleasant lady who was obviously under constraints as to what she could say.Passing matter to IT.I now see from other sites that this is common problem.Why can't Tesco be honest and and advise loyal customers that they have a problem
