I have ceased to shop at Tesco Express, Best Avenue, Burton Upon Trent due to the unhelpful confrontational attitude of the staff and toxic atmosphere. The voucher/coupon processing at the automatic tills has not worked for the past two years without manual intervention by the staff, and when it fails altogether there is a rude adversarial response, no apology for the inconvenience, no reporting of the error to their administration department and no follow-up with the customer.
