QR code for video instruction did not work . I skipped the video thinking the instructions were clear and easy enough ;Don't skip the video! Written instructions are not perfect. Bar included to make room for the metal brackets under the glass is not for prying the glass up but for moving the seal out of the way. My glass broke. definitely a problem on my part but the QR link not working was a major bummer.Rack looks good fits great Problems with locking mechanism were addressed very quickly with teslery.com via email
