I had an issue where I placed an order and then noticed I didn’t apply the 10% discount. So I reached out to support to cancel my order so I could re-order with the 10% discount and instead of having to do all that they just applied the discount to my current order, so didn’t have to go through the hassle of canceling. I appreciate the prompt response and that’s how you keep customers coming back.
I placed an order on January 29th, but as of today, it still hasn't been shipped. I have been trying to contact customer service for four days now, but I have received no response at all. This is extremely disappointing. I need an immediate update on my order status or a full refund.

After I submitted my review to Trustpilot.com, the company replied with the email above. They made no mention whatsoever of the services or products they offered. Given their service quality and attitude, I strongly advise against using this company's services.

I placed my order over two weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped it. Customer service isn't responding either. After I complained to trustpilot.com, they immediately replied to my email, explaining that it wasn't that no one was working, but rather that they simply weren't responding. This is extremely unacceptable.
This is a prime example of excellent customer service; the team was friendly and proactively followed up regarding an item that did not match my expectations. All other items arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. I will definitely make future purchases from this seller.

I also needed to cancel a couple of items, and that process was seamless.
Still haven’t received the item and it’s been about two weeks since I placed the order. It says shipped but no details on when it will arrive. When I pay close to $500 for something, I expect to receive specific details on the status of my order. This is unacceptable.
QR code for video instruction did not work . I skipped the video thinking the instructions were clear and easy enough ;Don't skip the video! Written instructions are not perfect. Bar included to make room for the metal brackets under the glass is not for prying the glass up but for moving the seal out of the way. Already received the second order/ goods.The company was wonderful sending a new order for free, but until now.
