Subject: Formal Request for Review and Removal of Ban – North Hollywood Tesla
Dear Tesla Customer Relations,
I am writing to formally request a review of an incident that occurred at the North Hollywood Tesla location which resulted in my family and me being banned from the facility.
At the time of the incident, my family was experiencing an extremely difficult period due to the passing of my father-in-law. During that time, we were also dealing with financial stress related to multiple deposits and payments made to Tesla totaling over $1,000.
When we visited the North Hollywood Tesla location to discuss our concerns, we had an interaction with an employee named Bry. Unfortunately, the situation became tense, and security was called. As a result, my family and I were asked to leave and later informed that we had been banned from the location.
Following the incident, I attempted multiple times to apologize and resolve the matter peacefully. I even visited the location again with my wife and our one-year-old child to personally apologize and try to explain the situation. Despite these efforts, we were still asked to leave.
I also attempted to speak with Vincent Ducoulombier, the manager at the North Hollywood Tesla location, in hopes of finding a resolution. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the situation and the ban has remained in place.
Over the past six months, I have continued trying to contact Tesla to find a solution, but have not received a resolution. This has been extremely difficult for my family, especially since we currently own multiple Tesla vehicles, including a Model X and a Model Y.
We have always supported Tesla and truly value the brand. Our frustration at the time came from the difficult personal circumstances we were experiencing and the financial stress related to the deposits, not from any intention to cause problems at the location.
I respectfully ask Tesla to review this situation, including the events involving Bry and the discussion with Vincent Ducoulombier, and reconsider the decision to ban my family from the North Hollywood location. We simply want the opportunity to continue being loyal Tesla customers and to access service and support for our vehicles.
