I purchased the Model 3 / Model Y Highland T9 9.6” Instrument Cluster Display from Teslasy together with the front camera accessory. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product reliability and the customer support has been very disappointing.After only a few months of use, the front camera stopped working completely. Since the product was still under warranty, I contacted Teslasy support. They offered to send a replacement camera, but only if I paid $20 for shipping, even though the failure happened within the warranty period.I agreed and paid the shipping fee. However, the replacement camera also stopped working after a very short time.At the same time, the power/data cable for the display became damaged, and as a result the screen lost its connection with the car and effectively turned into a simple tablet with no integration with the vehicle.When I contacted support again, they told me they could send another camera and two replacement cables only if I bought another product from their store, or if I paid another $20 shipping fee. I refused to buy additional products just to receive replacements for items that failed while under warranty.After that, they also refused to send the replacement camera, and now they are no longer responding to my requests, even though I asked at least to receive the replacement cable needed to restore the data connection.The product itself initially seemed promising, but the reliability of the components and the warranty support have been extremely disappointing. Paying shipping fees multiple times for defective parts and then being ignored by customer support is not acceptable.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company. Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong, getting proper warranty support may be very difficult.Even more, they don't let you post any negative review on their website, of course.
