Defective Parts and Unhelpful Warranty Support
I bought the 9.6” T9 Instrument Cluster Display for Model 3 / Model Y Highland from Teslasy together with the optional front camera. At first the product looked like a nice upgrade for the car, but over time my experience with both the hardware and the customer service turned out to be very frustrating.
After only a few months, the front camera completely stopped working. Because the product was still within the warranty period, I contacted Teslasy support expecting a normal replacement. Instead, they told me they could send another camera only if I paid $20 for shipping, even though the failure was clearly covered by warranty.
I agreed and paid the shipping fee. Unfortunately, the replacement camera also failed shortly after I installed it.
Around the same time, the power/data cable connected to the display became damaged. Once that happened, the screen lost its communication with the car and basically became just a standalone tablet with no vehicle integration at all.
When I contacted customer support again to explain the situation, they told me they would send another camera and two replacement cables only if I purchased another item from their store, or if I paid another $20 shipping fee. I did not find this reasonable, since these were replacements for parts that had failed under warranty.
After I declined to buy more products, they refused to send the replacement camera. Since then, they have also stopped responding to my messages, even though I asked at least for the replacement cable needed to restore the connection between the screen and the car.
Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. The product initially seemed promising, but the reliability of the components and especially the after-sales support have been far below expectations. Being asked to repeatedly pay shipping for defective parts and then eventually being ignored by customer service is not acceptable.
For this reason, I would not recommend this product or the company based on my experience. Anyone considering buying it should keep in mind that warranty support may be difficult if problems arise.

I refused to buy additional products just to receive replacements for items that failed while under warranty. After that, they also refused to send the replacement camera, and now they are no longer responding to my requests, even though I asked at least to receive the replacement cable needed to restore the data connection. The product itself initially seemed promising, but the reliability of the components and the warranty support have been extremely disappointing. Paying shipping fees multiple times for defective parts and then being ignored by customer support is not acceptable.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company. Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong, getting proper warranty support may be very difficult.Even more, they don't let you post any negative review on their website, of course.
The seller sent the wrong product, (blindspot)even though I clearly told them my car is a Berlin model. The item does not work at all, and when I asked for a return/exchange, they refused to honor their own free return policy and tried to make me pay for shipping/customs. Extremely poor service and misleading practices—buy from a trusted source instead.Personally I think the reviews are all fake. If I could I would've gave them 0 stars. All the reviews on their website are fake, coz my review hasn't showed up yet.

The product is of very poor quality, it creaks at the slightest touch (so you can imagine what it's like while driving...), which becomes very annoying to hear all the time. The central round display wobbles as if it's about to fall off and becomes misaligned. But beyond that, it's practically unusable. It's supposed to run on batteries (which aren’t even included, so be aware!), but it drains them in less than a day! You have to change them daily! I switched to rechargeable batteries, but now I have to charge and replace them every day. The seller’s response: “Just keep it plugged in via USB”! Seriously? That’s not acceptable—it’s supposed to run on battery power, and having a cable hanging in the middle of the console looks terrible. I can’t even hide it in the glove box because that’s where the key for Sentry Mode is. Also, according to the installation instructions, the product’s USB port isn’t meant for constant power but only for firmware updates. The seller eventually told me to return the product “if I don’t like it” to China, at my own expense of course. But it’s not about liking it—it’s about having a product that actually works (and doesn’t fall apart!). So for anyone reading this, this is a real review from a real customer about a poor-quality product with no support from the seller. Don’t bother looking for negative reviews on their site—they censor them. I tried multiple times to post my review with a video and they never published it... This is neither professional nor acceptable. Avoid buying it.
Purchased a screen from them, it lasted less than 3 months. They asked me to send videos of it not working which I sent them. The first Customer service rep kind of gave me the run around, but I ended up talking with "Martin" by Whatsapp, with a Chinese country code. He verified that my screen was dead and authorized a replacement. I had to pay the shipping--which is fair--and I am trying to figure out whether I want to order a rear screen from them now and then they'll waive the shipping. I don't blame them for a defective product--that happens. It's how they handled things. I do think that had I not been able to communicate by Whatsapp and send videos by dropbox, I might have had a more negative experience.
Latest F9 Display on Model 3 Highland. Don’t waste your money. Product stopped working 6 months into ownership. Tried to resolve with them but only getting very poor customer service. They will happily ignore you and send you on a wild goose chase with instructions that doesn’t do anything. Display has latest firmware yet they keep saying update the firmware. Even when I sent them photos and videos and wasted my own time to help them troubleshoot, they won’t provide refund or a solution and will ghost you after they take your money. You’ve been warned!
Tesla Model 3/Y Blind Spot Monitoring System. Money wasted. In bright sunlight, the LED is not visible, creating a dangerous situation. When the turn signal is activated, there is about a one-second delay during which the LED turns off, leaving you unsure whether it’s safe to change lanes. Then it starts blinking, rather slowly, and when it turns off again, it’s once more unclear if it’s safe to maneuver. The poorly designed logic of operation and the weak brightness of the LED make this accessory dangerous to use.
