The seller sent the wrong product, (blindspot)even though I clearly told them my car is a Berlin model. The item does not work at all, and when I asked for a return/exchange, they refused to honor their own free return policy and tried to make me pay for shipping/customs. Extremely poor service and misleading practices—buy from a trusted source instead.Personally I think the reviews are all fake. If I could I would've gave them 0 stars.All the reviews on their website are fake, coz my review hasn't showed up yet.
