Second negative review about this scam company. My husband ordered a mug for me for Christmas 2024 which we never received. The USPS tracking system and alert states the seller did not include the proper postage (and we paid for postage with the order). The seller refuses to provide a refund; instead they keep repeating the item was delivered. So much for customer service. We are working through PayPal and our CC company for a refund. Beware. As per other reviews this vendor is a SCAM.
