I order and got a item that doesn't even come close to what they advertised. They bait you with false advertising. What's worse they are not place on ad the company that's advertising. You get that info after you purchase. Why is that Facebook and other social sites allow these companies to advertise on there platforms without over site. Please do your research first. If it sounds and looks too good to be true. Then your gonna get rip off.

Total scam. Like many others I ordered the Halloween fog lantern. Ordered two sets for a total of $159.98. What i received were two desktop lantern that you can probably buy at the dollar store. Got ripped off. They will not refund me instead offer at %15 refund and %30 discount on future purchase, like I'm buying from them again. Just curious to know how do I take them to small claims court? I kinda want to take their %15 refund, better than nothing, but I'm worried that it will forfeit any claims I may have with them if I accept their small refund.
Total scam. Bought somethingfor Halloween and received a small piece of plastic that was supposed to be a towering skeleton with LED eyes and sound. It was to go in yard and about the same size as a coffee mug. And they would not return money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ever
Zero stars. I ordered what I thought was a “pillar” for Halloween. The photo showed a red light with fog machine inside. What I got was a cheap sidewalk solar white light with absolutely no fog machine. The company said I got what I ordered lol $80 gone! They want to give me a 5% refund and a 30% discount on my next order of over priced junk with false advertising. Livid…
I wish I had read reviews beforehand. I ordered a set of Halloween lamps. The description said set and the picture had two in it. They sent me one, which arrived in a beat up little box that had most of the pieces in it, but then another piece was attached to it in a white pouch, like they had realized they didn’t pack it all, or they didn’t want to use a bigger box. I emailed them the product description screen shot, photos of the product in its package, and told them I only got one and it should be a set. They responded and replied (in broken English) that after review, they had determined they sent the right thing but they would offer me 30% off on my next order. Like what? Why would I order anything from these a-holes if they didn’t get the first thing right. And these lamps are plastic pieces of crap which in the end with shipping cost me like $84.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Tessiflex.com. I purchased the Halloween Solar Light(s) thru Tick Tock. What I thought I was purchasing vs. what I received was a total bait and switch. I thought I was getting 2 sets of 6ft Solar Lights (this is what the website was advertising). What I received was only 1 and best it was 2ft tall. The pole did not fit into the base and the smoke (fog) did not work. The product looked like someone assembled it in their garage. The quality of the product was horrible and the customer service from Tessiflex was even worst. I sent "several" emails that went back and forth on my dissatisfaction with the product and wanted a refund. They refused. And it took about 28 days for delivery!!! If I could rate this at a zero, I would. They don't care about the quality of their products that they sale nor do they care about customer service. Buyer beware!!!!!
I too was fooled by the Halloween fog lights and got cheap dollar store solar lights. They refused to refund so I didn’t a chargeback from my bank, and now they’re begging me to reverse it and work with them. Maybe they shouldn’t scam people. If you were duped, do a chargeback with your bank. Maybe if enough people do they’ll be shut down.
Do not be fooled! They are scammers and wont give your money back. I ordered a so called Towering Skeleton for my lawn for Halloween that was supposed to have Haunting Sounds and LED lights for about $60 and I received a tiny little Skeleton that can sit on a window sill and does none of the above. They won't give me a refund, instead they want to give me a %30 credit to their store.
