I ordered a replacement wheel hub cap that arrived missing stickers and ring protectors. The support team did replace them, which was appreciated. I also purchased a badge cap at the same time, but one piece was slightly defective, causing part of the logo to come off while driving. I reached out again to inquire about a replacement or purchasing the missing piece separately. Although I lacked strong proof of the defect, the internal sticky block had detached from the metal cap, and I had hoped it would hold, but it didn't. Since my request, I haven't received any further communication from the business. While I understand they may not replace the part, the lack of response has been disappointing. I might consider another company in the future. If this were a one-time issue, I probably wouldn't write a review, but the previous incomplete order indicates a lack of customer care, which is unfortunate.
