Disappointing Experience with Replacement Parts

I ordered a replacement wheel hub cap that arrived missing stickers and ring protectors. The support team did replace them, which was appreciated. I also purchased a badge cap, but one piece was slightly defective, and part of the logo came off while driving. I reached out to the support team again to see if I could get a replacement or buy the missing piece separately. Although I didn't have strong proof of the defect, the internal sticky block had detached from the metal cap, and I had hoped it would hold, but it didn’t. Since I raised this issue, I have not received any further communication from the business. While I understand they may choose not to replace the part, a lack of response is a disappointing experience in my view. I would likely consider another company in the future. If this had been a singular issue, I might not have bothered writing a review, but the earlier incomplete order indicates a lack of customer care, which is quite unfortunate.

Not a Genuine HEPA Filter

Purchased a HEPA filter and cabin filter set, but the filter is not genuine, leading to unpleasant smells in the cabin as there is nothing to prevent it. Despite the higher prices from the manufacturer, I will return to them for future purchases.
