I ordered a replacement wheel hub cap that arrived missing stickers and ring protectors. The support team did replace them, which was appreciated. I also purchased a badge cap, but one piece was slightly defective, and part of the logo came off while driving. I reached out to the support team again to see if I could get a replacement or buy the missing piece separately. Although I didn't have strong proof of the defect, the internal sticky block had detached from the metal cap, and I had hoped it would hold, but it didn’t. Since I raised this issue, I have not received any further communication from the business. While I understand they may choose not to replace the part, a lack of response is a disappointing experience in my view. I would likely consider another company in the future. If this had been a singular issue, I might not have bothered writing a review, but the earlier incomplete order indicates a lack of customer care, which is quite unfortunate.
