It appears easy to navigate with a decent layout. It could receive a better rating if more effort was put into creating logical questions and options. Many questions are repetitive, focusing on class 5 and signs. Each section doesn't provide much more than free apps. Class 1 feels vague with repetitive content mixed with other classes. Class 2 was better with new questions. Overall, I'm not impressed with the limited coverage and seemingly few answer choices, many of which seem absurd.
How can you promise a first-time pass guarantee without a comprehensive question database? Additionally, the money-back offer for a failed first attempt is misleading. I was also charged for a second month despite being sure I canceled after my first purchase, which is very frustrating! I suppose that's why no cancellation confirmation is sent via email, leaving people without proof.
