My tracking indicates a problem with the delivery address, which isn't complete. I've used the same address for previous orders, suggesting there was an error on their end. The delivery service can't make changes and advises contacting my sender. I've attempted to reach the service through multiple emails, but there's no active phone number, and I've received no response. It's frustrating not to be able to communicate in this situation; I'm left in limbo about the parcel. Could someone please get in touch?
