My Teststar account was suspended without any clear or justified explanation, even though I strictly followed all the terms and conditions. This decision is completely unfair. I assume it may be related to the use of a VPN, but I want to make it clear that it was used by mistake on your platform and without any fraudulent intent or rule violation.
I live in France and have absolutely no need to use such software. Despite this, my account was blocked without transparency or proper communication. To this day, I have not received any valid reason for this suspension.
I invested a significant amount of time and effort into your platform and even referred many people through my TikTok page, which has several followers. Blocking my account without a serious explanation is unacceptable. I demand an immediate review of my case and the prompt reactivation of my account.
