Scam company will deactivate your account if you earn too much money and give you the excuse of breaking their terms but never specify what and how you're breaking it, classic bullshit. Should have listened to the other reviews claiming they got the same treatment
My Teststar account was suspended without any clear or justified explanation, even though I strictly followed all the terms and conditions. This decision is completely unfair. I assume it may be related to the use of a VPN, but I want to make it clear that it was used by mistake on your platform and without any fraudulent intent or rule violation.
I live in France and have absolutely no need to use such software. Despite this, my account was blocked without transparency or proper communication. To this day, I have not received any valid reason for this suspension.

When I made my first withdrawal to my PayPal account, my account was suspended two days later for a reason I still do not know. Therefore, I advise you not to waste your time on it, as it appears to be nothing more than a scam.

Completely unacceptable website! I managed to cash out £60 from completing tasks, but when I finished the high payout tasks, it suddenly stopped tracking and my balance didn’t update! I submitted a ticket immediately, including a video of my in-game progress as requested, but I haven't received any updates since! This was over 8 days ago, and tickets should be resolved within 5 working days. Every time I check in for an update, an automated response tells me to “be patient, the support team is actively working on it”…they don’t even have customer service agents available to speak with directly. I still hold out hope for a resolution, as £114 is significant, especially when you're facing challenges! PLEASE FIX THIS!
