Called because I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. Nicholas was great in canceling the card immediately and putting me at ease. Even called Back to tell me the branch I was on route to Go Pick Up A New Card Was No Longer Printing Them So Afforded me a new location to go pick up my new debit card. Great service. Praying I don't need to contest charges.
