This five star rating goes to Anna in customer service call center Fuqua location. I just want to say after getting a very upsetting phone call from Tony in that called us with this strong authoritative voice, stating it was a courtesy call, but it was everything but courteous to say the least. Quite contrary it was rude, combative, adamant, and provoking. She was at a 50 on a 100 scale,
in her execution to us. Then I meet her at 50 and took it to 100 being just as strong and direct!
Then when I told her that we did make the payment and it was showing in savings I said it was posted on the ninth. No you paid it on the 10th, in the savings, still with a strong adamant voice. She said to me that I was that I did not. I asked for manager, she said she that her manager wasn’t available. I said there’s somebody there, she then said she would transfer me over to the customer service department. Thank you Jesus that she did because that’s where we met Anna who when she first heard me she just got quiet and listen, allowing me to decompose and get it all out. Then very softly said let me verify your husband and get permission from him to speak with you then we’ll move forward.
This is when she went through seeing what happened and transferring it out of savings into payments. it was accidentally put in there she said and took care of us completely and I’m just wanting to say that Anna was the ROCKSTAR for today. Tony needs to go work at a prison and deal with prisoners, and the person that trained her too they both need to go apply at the prisons for jobs.
