We recently refinanced a vehicle through a 3rd party, however, Texas Bay Credit Union were the folks who took the loan. We had access to pay it, but not full online access since the account was setup by the third party. I called today to gain access so we could see statements, make payments, see balance, etc; Ryan took the call and was fantastic to work with. He had to ask some security questions to confirm I was who I was saying I am, then he helped me to get the access we needed. He was clear, concise, respectful, and extremely helpful.
