This company is AWFUL. AVOID ORDERING!! The jacket I received was extremely low quality and poorly sized. When I tried to return it, they offered me only a 15% refund despite it having original tags and packaging and being within the 30-day return period. I had to insist on a better offer, claiming I would leave a 5-star review, for them to finally agree to a 45% refund, which was all they could manage. After receiving $48 back, I was then billed $16 for shipping, which included charges for two jackets when I only ordered one. They refused my return request. A call to their local area revealed they operate from a warehouse and have received an F rating. Their practices are unacceptable, and I expect they will face legal consequences for breaching their own return policy.
