My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. The jacket I received was of very poor quality and poorly sized. When I tried to return it, they initially offered a mere 15% refund despite it being in its original packaging and within the return window. After some negotiation, they agreed to give me 45%, which was the best they could do. Eventually, I received a refund of $48 but later was billed $16 for shipping, which included charges for two jackets when I only ordered one. They refused my return request. A call to their local area revealed they operate from a warehouse and have received an F rating. Their practices are unacceptable, and I expect they will face legal consequences for breaching their own return policy.
This company is AWFUL. AVOID ORDERING!! The jacket I received was extremely low quality and poorly sized. When I tried to return it, they offered me only a 15% refund despite it having original tags and packaging and being within the 30-day return period. I had to insist on a better offer, claiming I would leave a 5-star review, for them to finally agree to a 45% refund, which was all they could manage. After receiving $48 back, I was then billed $16 for shipping, which included charges for two jackets when I only ordered one. They refused my return request. After receiving my order, I got an invoice from the courier for $13.01 in duty charges. When I contacted the company, they explained that since my order was shipped internationally, the courier sometimes charges a customs fee upon delivery. I objected, and they reiterated that they covered all shipping costs, but customs fees might still apply due to regulations. As a goodwill gesture, they offered an $8 refund, meaning I’d only need to cover the remaining $5. They insisted that these charges are the recipient's responsibility. I informed them I would pay the duty charges but would warn future customers about potential additional fees. The pullovers I received were of decent quality, but I found the $35 return fee excessive. Customer service was prompt and polite in their responses. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
The jacket arrived promptly and is of good quality. However, I was surprised to get a bill from the courier for shipping after Christmas. The website indicates free shipping, but I learned that because it shipped from Pakistan, I was responsible for the shipping fee. I believe the website should clarify this detail and inform customers about potential charges, stating that free shipping only applies within the country.
Thanks to the excellent 5-star service from the sales team, my exchange process was much easier than expected. I found the representatives to be efficient, understanding, and professional. Their clear communication and thorough explanations helped me navigate the process smoothly. The cardigan I ordered was too large, but that was my mistake in selecting the size. The quality is fantastic, and I look forward to receiving the correct size soon. This will now be a birthday gift instead of a Christmas one! The delivery was also flawless. CAUTION: This company operates unethically. I ordered a shirt that was advertised as being from a popular show, but what I received looked nothing like it and was poorly made. Despite their claimed return policy, they insisted the item met the description and refused to accept my return, offering only a 15% refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. There’s a reason they’re not listed with the Better Business Bureau.
