After receiving my order, I got an invoice from the courier for $13.01 in duty charges. When I contacted the company, they explained that since my order was shipped internationally, the courier sometimes charges a customs fee upon delivery. I objected, and they reiterated that they covered all shipping costs, but customs fees might still apply due to regulations. As a goodwill gesture, they offered an $8 refund, meaning I’d only need to cover the remaining $5. They insisted that these charges are the recipient's responsibility. I informed them I would pay the duty charges but would warn future customers about potential additional fees. The pullovers I received were of decent quality, but I found the $35 return fee excessive. Customer service was prompt and polite in their responses. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
