Worst experience ever. Took over well 1 hour to recieve our dinners. When asked about our order, the response was from the waitress” it’s not my fault, do you want to talk to the manager? When I said yes, the manager came to the table and was quite rude. She also stated that the to go area got very busy which is why the IN HOUSE orders were backed up. And although the food was warm when it was finally served, it was not cooked as ordered. I was so frustrated with the service and order, I did not eat it. Also, the onion was doughy and nasty, the rolls were brick hard, and the response to that was “we have a new bread maker”. I used to like Texas’s Roadhouse, but after Al this hassle and lack of professionalism, I will NEVER go back. Nor will I ever recommend it either. Guess will go back to Longhorn Steakhouse. They have staff who care about it’s customers.
