brighton colorado just open ed walked girl allredy had an attitude problem we told not in the bas ignored what we ask started to but we said not to so then we had to tow wait with all the empty booths must had pissed her off so in spite they put in a 2 seat booth next to the bar with very little room for what we ordered then i ordered a margaretia with the kicker never got had to ask drink was watered so much even with the kicker food very dry had to as for lot of extra sauce been once before while back wasnt good then but thought try again no more im telling people go to another one i know u people wont give a damn but i really dont care
This place has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Last night, I took my family to the branch in Rochester Minnesota. Our waiter was extremely friendly and nice until we were half way done with our meal. He brought the check without even asking if we would like anything else such as coffee or desert. In a couple of minutes, a manager was passing by and asked us if everything was ok. I asked him to take a look at our table and tell me what was wrong. He said ya I see a lot of dirty dishes that need to be cleared. I asked him why did we get a check half way thru our dinner. He said because people are normally in a rush so we give them the check quickly. I asked even on Sunday night. He said yes. I told him that this was the way that our waiter was trained. He said yes. He walked away without taking a single plate of our table. I will never go back to this place that is run by a bunch of un-professional people. Why would I need to eat in a place that has such a poor environment. I ended up tipping the waiter over 20% because I knew it wasn't his fault.
I have been on hold 22 minutes waiting to place a carry out order for Texas Roadhouse Westland Michigan. I understand short staff, training, timing, etc., but I don't understand answering your line to order. This happens often at this location, but yet I keep coming back. Do NOT patronize this location as it is clear that they don't care about customers nor service!
Being a member of the VIP Club, I received an e-mail notification with a coded number. I would be eligible for a prize if I dined during a specified one-week period. Prizes included a TV or a year's worth of steaks. Everyone was to receive a prize. Wow! So my wife and I went and actually had a quite delicious lunch with excellent service at the Murray Kentucky location. So, what was my great prize? It was for a free non-alcoholic drink, like maybe a Dr. Pepper. So, is that what VIP membership is worth? At least it could have been for a free appetizer. I spent $61 on lunch for two with an automatic $10 tip added to that. The promotional certainly worked, but why do I have the feeling that I've been had? Is that what being a VIP feels like? So, great marketing strategy, but extremely poor planning and implementation. One less reason to recommend Texas Roadhouse. Why not automatically give everyone who spends over a certain amount, say $50, the free drink voucher. That would certainly engender better feelings.
Worst experience ever. Took over well 1 hour to recieve our dinners. When asked about our order, the response was from the waitress” it’s not my fault, do you want to talk to the manager? When I said yes, the manager came to the table and was quite rude. She also stated that the to go area got very busy which is why the IN HOUSE orders were backed up. And although the food was warm when it was finally served, it was not cooked as ordered. I was so frustrated with the service and order, I did not eat it. Also, the onion was doughy and nasty, the rolls were brick hard, and the response to that was “we have a new bread maker”. I used to like Texas’s Roadhouse, but after Al this hassle and lack of professionalism, I will NEVER go back. Nor will I ever recommend it either. Guess will go back to Longhorn Steakhouse. They have staff who care about it’s customers.
Everything taste like a dirty oven and griddle. The place is so filthy, you can taste it. We have filed a report with the health department. Someone isn't cleaning things. This is the third time in a row where our steaks taste increasingly worse of dirty oven.
Person sitting people took forever to get a seat, at least four or five people were shown seats. The girl working the bar noticed me waiting and sat me at the bar. She was very good but the kitchen added tomato when I specifically asked for none.
I always love the service. Very friendly. Good vibe. The sweet rolls keep us coming back. This time the food can definitely use some improvement. I ordered grilled chicken salad the chicken on it is so tough or something it doesn't even taste like chicken. Couple of us ordered green beans on the side it taste awful. it tastes like there's a melted plastic in it. Also, the "silver ware" buy better ones something a little more fancy/heavier (I like it that they're wrap in cloth napkins)
I asked for a medium steak. Got my steak back bleeding three times in a row. Two waitresses and a manager got very rude with me, telling me Texas Roadhouse "has a different medium steak" from everywhere else and that it worked for them in "700 stores before you started complaining". This is not acceptable behavior and the head manager would rather tell me i'm wrong about how I want a $30 steak cooked than just fix it and admit they are wrong. This was on highway 46 by Columbus, Indiana. You do not insult customers because you brought them an undercooked product they paid for.
The steaks came cold but we ate them anyway and didn’t want to complain. One of the steaks looked pathetic and was barely half an inch thick and half it was fat. The server treated us as if we have never had ribeye before and that we didn’t know it was fatty. They have not attempted any trimming of the fat on the outside so the whole steak was just the outside fat. But that wasn’t the problem. The way the server talked down to us was what got us upset. He said he will get us a couple of dollars off. Like we are asking for a handout not an acknowledgment and apology.
