Never ever go to this Texas Roadhouse. I ordered online and paid online. I got to the restaurant and they said I did not pay. Showed them my receipt and my bank account , showing the transaction. They still stated I did not pay. At this point it is 7pm and I have a house full of family , so I paid again. Now I have paid twice . Called my bank and yes original amount went through. I call the restaurant and talk to manager Kayla who talks over me and does not even listen to what I have to say. Which is what anyone in customer service knows to do first. She still swears my other transaction did not go through. So my bank has Deemed this a fraudulent charge. Will never go back here, ever and will be calling corporate in the morning! This is the Brooklyn location
