I placed an order around 1:30 pm on Dec 31, 2022. We had scheduled out pick up time at 4:45pm. We had ordered a simple entree, pulled pork sandwich with side order of steak fries. Upon getting home we opened our container to find that all the food was cold, steak fries were soggy and cold, and hair in one of our pulled pork sandwiches. I believe our food was thrown together the minute I placed my order and was just put off to the side for 3 hrs until I picked up.To make it worse I had paid online and left a 20% tip on a 20.00 order. I highly recommend anyone who eats here or places an order to seriously think twice before placing an order. Will NEVER eat here again!!!
