It transpires the reason for your comms issues on 17/12 was due to an issue with your Cloud service...It took you circa 21 hours to resolve...what a DISGRACE!I will leave a deserving 1* (it would be zero, if available) review should this regular, recurring issue impact me again. Time for you to get your act together.My response on 19/12:mmmm....issue started around 6pm on 17/12 and resolved around 2pm on the 18th. It was my installer that advised you had resolved your Cloud issue.....
