Apologies to start with re the length of this review but its a must read if your thinking of purchasing anything from Texecom or any equipment from them.In 2023 through a separate company I had a Texecom alarm fitted. It was an alarm where you can have remote access through the app.Earlier this month I changed broadband suppliers and the remote access disconnected. As such I contacted the supplier/fitter but found that they had gone bust. As such I contacted Texecom for advice and they sent me a text with approved engineers in my area. I contacted one of them who came out and stated that he could not do anything nor could anyone else without the relevant code which the original fitter had. He advised me to re contact Texecom which I did. Texecom told me to....yes you guessed it contact an engineer in my area and re sent the text message with approved engineers. I told them we had done all this and re explained what the engineer had stated. Their reply...' nothing we can do contact an engineer'.Customer service and problem solving score 0.Texecom a good system until you have an issue.
