I think that if you sell products, you shouldnt hide behind the statement 'contact your installation company'I am not able to contact my installer, simply because they seem to have gone out of business.I can no longer use my alarm, because it needs an installer id - which i dont have - because the installation company is not trading.I am a technical person, and well able to configure this alarm, if given the information required.I would not install another Texecom product, without an assurance of after sales service from the company. It's not good enough.
