I attempted to purchase a book from their website, but it indicated that online payments were not being accepted and that I needed to reach out to them to pay. I required this for a gift, and it has been over two weeks since I sent my first of three emails/messages without receiving any response. A total waste of time :/

I was completely ignored after making a purchase. It was supposed to arrive in early November, but I only got an order confirmation and no shipping information, despite sending multiple emails. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank and still haven't received any updates. There's a notice on their website from October about moving warehouses; at this point, it seems they might be going out of business. It's disappointing since I had a good experience previously. Proceed with caution, and I recommend using a credit card for protection.
I contacted them about two items I had paid for that were not delivered, but they have completely ignored all my communications. I've emailed around ten times and received no replies. I also messaged their social media page multiple times, only to get an automated response directing me to email them.
Disappointing. I paid for gifts and priority shipping, yet a week after the event, nothing has arrived. I've sent three emails to the specified address and received no reply. A complete waste of money and terrible customer service. This may have been good at one time, but not anymore. Avoid at all costs!
Terrible service. I ordered a product in January for a birthday and paid extra for quicker delivery. The birthday came and went with no delivery. I received an order confirmation but no shipping email. After emailing multiple times, I received a vague response stating the parcel had been delivered, but it was not to the recipient and not within the promised timeframe. I initiated a chargeback with my bank. I strongly advise against using this service.
Update: I didn't receive any response. I attempted to cancel the charge on my card, and the next day the package arrived weeks late. I will raise my rating by one star, but I still didn't get any shipping notification. It seems they have gone completely silent. No responses to emails or any updates on my order. I'm considering disputing the charge now. It's disappointing. I’ll update this review if they actually respond.
