I ordered a blanket for my mom for Christmas. About 20 minutes after the order was placed, I realized there was an error. I contacted the company and they attempted to fix the mistake. In the process, they changed the sizing of one of the photos. I emailed them back asking for them to put the photo back to its original size. At that time, the communication stopped. I then received notice that the product was going to ship. I sent them multiple messages asking them not to ship the product and attempted to cancel the order due to their lack of response and assistance correcting the blanket photo. Due to their lack of response, I ordered a blanket for my mother from another website, as I was hoping to have it by Christmas. Finally a couple weeks after Christmas, I hear from Suzitee. All I want is a refund, since no product was ever produced or shipped by them. They will NOT refund my money. Multiple communications and they want me to order something else. I don't need or want anything else. I just want a refund since I had to order elsewhere due to their untimely customer service.
I ordered a personalized sweatshirt and a personalized cap. My friends absolutely loved both products. There was a glitch regarding delivery of the cap, but it was taken care of. I highly recommend this company for special personal gifts.
We truly adore the wind chime we acquired to commemorate our dear Bandit. He was our world for nearly 21 years, and his absence is deeply felt. We appreciate all the offerings available; they hold significant meaning for those of us who consider our pets family.
I would give this service a zero if I could. As of today, I have been calling and emailing every single day to secure a refund for a gift that arrived dirty and soiled. The company refuses to respond or take responsibility, leaving me out $63 for a throw blanket. Please be cautious with your hard-earned money! I would definitely not recommend this service!
I came across an ad while browsing the news and decided to click on it, featuring a customizable bag with pet prints. After exploring the options, I chose a bag and personalized it with my wife's name along with the names of our six cats, hoping everything would go smoothly and that it would arrive before Christmas. I felt a bit anxious at first since I noticed the site was based in the USA, but I kept my hopes up for a timely delivery. Just as it was 5 PM on Christmas Eve in Singapore, right before we were about to head out for dinner, the doorbell rang, and the package arrived. I handed it to my wife, and I was thrilled to see her reaction; she loved the surprise and the gift! We ended up being late for dinner as she admired the bag, especially since it was customized with the names of our cats and hers. A big thank you to the team for their effort and for creating such quality products.
I would rate this service a “0” if possible! I placed an order for posters totaling $132.00 on December 3rd, and as of December 25th, I still haven't received anything. There's no shipping tracking information available. These were meant to be Christmas gifts. Communication with the support team is terrible!
I haven't received my order, and I'm unable to reach anyone for assistance. They charged my card, took my money, and failed to send my order. I've attempted to contact them, but there's been no reply. We need to report this site as there seems to be no support available.
