The socks that I ordered for my dad's birthday, still didn't arrive after the promised 3-5 business day period. I still don't have any info about where they are. Not to mention the extremely unprofessional and ignorant silence after I had to send 2 emails asking where the package is?... since they didn't send any delivery update emails after it was purchased.
