Extremely dishonest billing practices.
I signed up expecting to pay the registration fee and the first month. At no point did I intentionally select or authorize an annual subscription. Yet somehow my account was switched to a yearly plan and my card was charged.
This is not acceptable and it feels intentionally misleading. Locking customers into an annual commitment they did not clearly choose is a terrible way to do business.
I immediately requested cancellation of everything. I am willing to pay the registration fee and the first month, but I will not accept being forced into a yearly contract that I never agreed to.
I refuse to work with a company that operates this way. Buyers should be extremely cautious before giving this company their payment information.
