Very disappointing experience.
I was contacted by a business consultant who called me daily until I signed up with the service. Every day.
He clearly stated: “If you need anything, feel free to reach out.” I reached out once to clarify how the account functioned. No reply.
I reached out a second time because, after a month, I still hadn’t received the physical card. No response at all. A week ago, my virtual card was compromised. Fortunately, I was alert and froze it immediately after the first transaction of 5€. I tried to contact customer support to find out what to do next. I explained my situation twice, but the support agent didn’t grasp anything I said. I gave up. This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. After just about a month, I’m closing everything. Be cautious before paying for the service.
