I run a Bathroom business and needed a company that takes Amex and credit cards, They took my first transaction from a client fine, on a 2nd payment from the same client, this flagged as suspicious even though clients will pay multiple times to complete a bathroom purchase. They are now holding the money and responses take 4 days at a time minimum.
The company has great software and payment, it's a shame they can't do what a card company is supposed to do, pay me my clients money.
The poor service has lost them business now as I had to tell a friend they can't be trusted, even though I told her they were great a few weeks ago.
I have also forced some customers to pay me by Bacs now which has also lost them money in fees.
Strange way of doing business.
