It is the worst experience ever. They are making fun of people and they are a scam. I've been waiting for my refund for over one month after over one month of waiting for my order. I can't log in to my account anymore. I was a regular customer in their stores and made the mistake of ordering something online that they didn't have available in the store anymore. I will never visit their stores again!
