I had a very negative experience at this store. The manager was quite rude and entirely unhelpful. I visited to exchange an item, believing it was a mistake on the store’s part, but instead of helping me, she refused to offer any assistance. She insisted that I travel to another location to make the exchange simply because I hadn’t bought the item from her specific store. I've never faced such poor customer service. A company should support its products regardless of which branch sold them, and a manager should know how to treat customers with dignity. I left feeling frustrated and let down. I will not be returning to this location.

I can't understand why a thick plastic care label would be sewn into the seam, especially one that can't be removed without leaving sharp edges. Even after cutting it off, it continues to irritate my skin throughout the day, particularly on knickers and tops. I've encountered this issue before, but now it's become unbearable. This change in label design has ruined the comfort for me, and I won't be purchasing again.
