I am trying to return an order since the 29th of December but still waiting for my return label. The order is worth around €75Ive reached out to them 4 times through email and each time im told it will be resolved in a few days.Two and a half weeks later and im still waiting! Update, tezenis contacted me immediately and sent me on a return label. Im only updating review now as i thought it only fair to leave bad review up for as long as i was trying to do my return. Such a shame that Customer service did not fix problem for me when i reached out numerous times, problem was only fixed because of my review.On another note, i do like their products, i have been buying their tee's and vest tops for years and like them as they hold their shape. Sizing can be a bit off, i usually stick to my regular size in the vest tops, and a size up for the tee shirts. I ordered a variety of tee shirts for my husband in his regular size but they were huge on him, hence the return.
