Awful service. Paid next day delivery which at £9.50 is extortionate in the first instance! 9 days after placing the order it still had not even been dispatched. I chased several times to be told by a customer service handler I needed to “be patient”. Is the very point in next day so you don’t have to be patient? It was very rude. I have now cancelled the order.I am sad about this experience as I love Tezenis underwear but I will never buy them again now. I reckon pigs will fly before you get your order.
