As soon as I placed my order on MARCH 17 I noticed my address was wrong. I searched the FAQs and it said I could change the order within 15 minutes but that button WAS NOT available anywhere. I reached out for support multiple times. They told me that the only thing to do was to let the delivery fail and go back to the sender and I would be refunded. It’s been a month and a half and of course the package is lost, it will not be returned to anybody and I lost 40 dollars. They’re totally unprofessional and disorganized. This is not how you do business.
